The purpose of this chapter shall be to create an enthusiasm for scholarship, to stimulate a desire to render service, to promote worthy leadership, and to encourage the development of character in students of Stanhope Elmore High School.
The selection process for NHS begins in January and ends with an induction ceremony in April. Students that are eligible for NHS will be contacted by Mrs. Leavitt.
