You may register your new student BY APPOINTMENT ONLY on the following days

• EVERY Wednesday from June 13- July 25 (CLOSED July 4)
• Monday- Thursday from July 30-August 16

• BIRTH CERTIFICATE
• SOCIAL SECURTIY CARD
• CURRENT ALABAMA IMMUNIZATION FORM (BLUE SLIP)
• WITHDRAWAL FORM/TRANSCRIPT
• 2 of the following PROOFS OF ADDRESS VERIFICATION
• Mortgage Document/Deed
• Residential Lease
• Driver's License
• Current Utility Bill
• Automobile Registration
• Voter Identifcation Card
• Property Tax Records
